Food tech: Chocolate muffins, Lomio & Moroni

Chocolate Muffin

Ingredients

Step one
Put 1 and 1/2 cup of sr flour and 1/2 of sugar
1 egg. 1/3 coco,  50g of choc

then wet ingriedients
milk one cup
1 tsp vanilla essence
1/2cp of oil then mix and scoop into muffin cups and cook at 180c

Me and my partner have done the same so please enjoy when you have finished.

PS ours is extra crispy

Food tech: Lomio & Moroni

Today we have made hot cakes the ingredients were:
1 1/2 of self raising flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of milk
1 egg

then me and my partner had to mix all the ingredients all together then we had to heat up the pan then oil it, then scoop the mix into the pan, then waited till the bubbles were shown on the hot cake, then flip it till it cooked then placed it on a plate, then me and my partner added syrup to our hot cakes, then we ate it and enjoyed it. P.S where still eating it :)
